Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 June 2026

iVola ("we", "us", "our") provides cloud accounting software for micro, small and medium enterprises in Fiji. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using iVola you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

3. Data security & tenant isolation

Each business is isolated at the database level so your records are never visible to another tenant. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We retain regional backups for redundancy.

4. Data retention

We retain your records for as long as your account is active and for any period required by Fijian law (including applicable tax record-keeping requirements). You may request export or deletion of your data at any time, subject to those legal obligations.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We only share data with service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law or a valid request from a Fijian authority.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or export your information from within the app, or by contacting us. You may also ask us to close your account and remove your data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
